Will not go back. Took over a month to get my glasses and never called to say glasses is ready. Unfriendly environment. Will not recommend this at all!!!

She talked about herself and her own problems and barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Jennifer Flynn was boardline rude and a poor listener. The icing on the cake was her repeatedly saying "at your age" like I was some ancient person. I am 47. Maybe she was joking, or maybe it was her way of saying I appeared to be older ... I tried very hard to be extra friendly but she was in a bad mood it seemed.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
