Negative stars should be granted here. Unprofessional and does not listen to YOUR concerns. Claims she cares about your eye care and this is why she is so expensive. Yet most of the time was spent waiting around for her to get her crap together. Her office was astonishingly disorderly and she also messed up my glasses order. I had to wait for 2 months, and I did not receive nor an apology or ability to attain a refund. Instead, she tries to lure me back into her trap to get contacts from her office. Absurd. Stay away. Far better optometrists available in Nyack. Don't waste your time or money.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
