They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr Draelos treated my wife and I like crap. If you have thyroid problem don't see him. She now has demetia from the thyriod condition. He is a mean, nasty, hateful man that is just after the money.

The doctor was friendly enough during our appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their manner. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The only problem I had is they sell products there and they guilted me into spending $130 on crap that I specifically told him I wouldn't like because I don't drink dairy, he went out of his way to check the ingredients to come back to inform me there was no dairy in his products. It's a form of milk-shake, so needless to say I never opened it or tried it because I don't drink that kind of stuff. I think he is a very good doctor and they went out of there way to help with my issues. Kind-of a busy office a lot of patients and I really need to go back!
