When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They will have to impress me a little bit more before I start giving out recommendations. They have been about average so far. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
