I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. He over books and is always late from the hospital. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
He was clear in his discussions and gives written instructions, but is not clear with the HMO about the need for follow-up, and agreed with them to send me back to my PCP for followup without telling me. Subsequently, I appealed, which I would not have done if he had told me. I won my appeals. After a while, it became apparent that he did not know about my special need for T3, got angry when I gave him an article about it, and gave me a double dose of thyroid without out ensuring follow-up. I had complications. I would not go back there again.

This is an excellent, patient and gentle doctor. I have confidence in him. When I have been hospitalized he was there; he always came to visit, even if it was late. He was easy to reach. He is responsive and attentive. The waiting room is quite fine, and the staff is gentle and polite.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
