I like the doctor and she really seems to listen during appointments. HOWEVER, I've had three appointments with her and have had her office cancel two of those because the doctor was sick. Normally this would be frustrating, but I travel four hours to see her and the cancelled less than two hours before the scheduled appointment both times.

Mara is wonderful! She is very skilled in her field and has a keen eye for diagnostics and honing in on what may be going on with an individual. She diagnosed me with Hashimoto's Thyroid when another doctor had told me he screen for it and did not find it. She also turned up a very illusive diagnosis (chronic active Epstien Barr) that I can now keep at bay instead of experiencing simply the effects of flare ups. I was suffering for years without diagnosis or any handle on how to manage my symptoms. Thank you, Mara!
