They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. What I didn't like too much about this place was their waiting room chairs. They were not the most comfortable. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
