My Mother is 86 years old and for years has gone to the West Clinic for her 2 hour drip for her osteoporosis. She loved how she was treated and because she is cold natured and the office is kept cold anyways, they would always provide her with a warm blanket while she sat there the 2 hours during her drip. Dr. Genaro M. Palmieri has a new office now and had her go there this visit for her drip. It was cold and when she asked for a blanket they said they did not have any blankets and did not have anything to give the patients something warm to drink either. What kind of service or care is this to our sick and elderly? Well that was 2 days ago and now she is SICK!!! I am so afraid this will develop into pneumonia. I am just absolutely livid. I was not there or I definitley would of complained at the time.
