I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. . I left feeling uniformed and discouraged. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. This took place at Boca regional where she never came back after we waited and she said she would be back. I was informed of a brain tumor but I guess that was not that important.
