I have been going to this doctor for a few years now and I really want to switch but don't know of a good doctor to visit because you want to make the best choice. The front desk is very nice but my experience on too many occasions the staff that takes the calls are not. I have called in once or twice for a concern and they were not very accommodating at all, such as not having any openings for a month when your already a patient. I find that they don't inform you of changes, such as no more blood work in office, never told me before I only came for that. The front desk should be aware of all changes so the patients aren't coming in for nothing. I have to take time off from work and I could have just went to my regular MD or to Quest. Dr. Rogacz talks more about her personal life in how her family has taken trips, working out or the healthcare reform is putting her out of business then trying to find a way to help you. I always feel a little beat up when I leave that office. I hate to be so honest but really we all are looking for our care to be the best and our MD's to be very personable afterall we are paying for it. I will truly be looking for a new doctor and this will take time!!

At the recommendation of my internist for Dr. Roganz, I called to make an appointment only to be told she hasn't taken on any new diabetic patients in 3 years. I am a 42-year insulin-dependent diabetic. Asking for another recommendation within the group, I was told they don't take patients on Medicare with a supplemental policy to support Medicare.

I had recommended her to a friend, also an insulin-dependent diabetic, and she was told they didn't take her insurance. She is a State Department employee.

Very, very disappointing.
