I had a very bad experience. Dr. Kim’s assistant was very rude from the start. Then Kim diagnosed me with something I never had. She said my white spots were acne scars, which I never had acne like that. I didn’t go there to get a diagnosis. I went there to get advice on what to do with the spider veins, lotions, and the white spots. The real diagnosis was done by my dermatologist before this appointment and I even read the diagnosis to Kim. Then the rude assistant said the $90 I paid to book the appointment could not be applied for my treatment. When I called to make the appointment a while back, they said the $90 was going to be applied on the treatment. These people said, my treatment was not cosmetic but medical????? It is cosmetic!!!! Anyway, DO NOT go to this place! Do research and visit another dermatologist for COSMETIC treatment. They just want your money. I hope they enjoy the $90 they just stole from me. I will try to put this review everywhere I can so people are aware of this horrible place!
