I was hoping that they would be good to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
