I visited this "Dermatologist" to seek for healing solution for some lipoma on my face.

That was my first visit to her. I'm on PPO.

The first sentence she threw at me is that there is no cure as they are normal for my age (50). She didn't bother to take a closer look. Why not? Because she sat at least 5 feet away from me throughout the whole visit. She didn't give me any suggestion proactively and showed sign of impatience. I had to ask her follow-up questions like "do I need to adjust diet?", "is there any prescribed cream that can help?" and etc. She basically said there is none can help me (because of my age). I asked if they can be removed surgically and her answer is that it would cost $150 each and they might grow back on the same spot again.

Before I left, I asked her again if she has any recommendation (In my mind, I already told myself I would not want to visit her office ever again), she simply replied with a solid "NO". She probably didn't expect me to come back neither.

The appointment literally lasted less than 6 minutes.

I'm afraid she didn't treat me like a patient who is in need of a helping hand. She doesn't seem to have a professional and caring attitude, at least, towards me. I'm very much disappointed.
