Dr. Mackenzie is kind, witty, charming, interesting conversationalist. Knowledgeable about nutritional aspects of medicine (what I would call alternative medicine). Lovely man. You are not allowed to wear anything resembling perfume in his office, which I actually appreciate. HE also gave me a break on the cost, as I am uninsured.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
