Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
