Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
