If anyone has a recommendation for another DC dermatologist that is not part of the Perkins/Stolar franchise please advise ASAP. Perkins is smart and he will make sure you are 100% clear on that. No other doctor knows better than him. Just ask. Arrogant, egotistical, brusque, smarmy and rude too. NO bedside manner or compassion in this mans body. He needs to re-read the oath he took as a physician as I can only hope that perhaps he perhaps forgot key parts of it and isn't really the jerk he portrays while seeing patients.

I am very impressed that he takes the time to explain what your skin issues are. He always dealt with my multiple skin issues in each appointment and I've never felt rushed.
