Dr. Flood's rude and professional staff is unacceptable. There are far better dermatologists in D.C. who offer both excellent medial care and show respect for their patients.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I waited almost almost two hours to be seen. The receptionists were RUDE and ABRUPT I was told prior to my visit that the wait was usually long but two hours??? I wasn't happy @ all. It seems as though the staff is very unorganized. I will be finding a new derm immediately.
