I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
