Dr. Haddad, has been my cardiologist for many years. I'm sorry to inform prospective new patients that as a current patient I received a letter from Dr. Haddad, MD dated July 28, 2016 to; Dear Patient, informing me that his usual office hours will only be maintained through 9/30/2016 and he will officially retire as of 2/1/2017. Dr. Haddad will be missed and as a soon to be ex-patient of his, I wish him a wonderful retirement. In his letter he did recommend the other members of Southwest Cardiac Associates for my cardiovascular care. The office number is 972-226-0505. The office address is Suite 100, 5308 N.
