The doctor is fine but the office is poorly run. I took the day off work and waited all day for somebody to call, as promised, with the schedule for surgery and preliminary tests. Nobody did. I canceled two meetings and a mediation and we still don't have confirmation of the date. heart surgery. next week. and they can't bother to call.

oh well, it's not important.
