So disappointed with this office and scheduling. No one from this office ever returns calls as they claim they will for a follow up visit. No one knows where your records are and wait over an hour in lobby once you do get with an appointment. Dr Mott has a good bedside manner, but office staff is in desperate need of improvement.

I have seen Dr Mott twice at Weatherford location. Both time extensive wait time, with the last being over 2 hrs. Unacceptable time management.
