They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They took the time to explain everything to me and make sure that the heart was working exactly as it should. The entire staff was very supportive and the bedside mannor was excellent. His diagnosis was exact and he knew exactly what to do in an emergency situation. Without his intervention on two different occations, I probably wouldn't be alive today.
