The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
