I went for my initial evaluation and will never return. It is like a traveling side show. They herd you in and out of the appointment. I've been to veterinarians for our pets that give more thought to their patients. The billing department staff are extremely rude when called on for incorrect charges. The office is a satellite of many he operates. It is obvious it is a pack them in for the biggest profit mentality.
