Dr. Jacobson was very patient with all of my questions. I have thought I had asthma since I was in middle school, and he got to the bottom of my symptoms and helped me figure out what was allergy, what was asthma, what were other things and what to do about all of it. I felt he took the time to listen to everything I had to say, and then he made sure I understood what I was supposed to do and taught me why I was supposed to do everything.

Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. They all sounded like they liked working there (I heard them laughing between patients) and the front desk was really helpful in getting my appointment made and answering questions about what my insurance would cover. Glad I found this practice!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
