They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had to tell the doctor to stop and listen to me because he was already walking out of the room to grab medication before I was finished telling him my symptoms, assuming that I was just like everyone else.
