They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
