They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
