Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
