Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.
