Dr. Chow is very good at handling my needed adjustments. She provides relief and makes very valid suggestions for inbetween visit home treatment. She is patient and friendly and made me feel at ease as a new patient.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
