I saw Dr. Cottrell after an auto accident. He did a great job giving me exercises to help me heal faster. He was open to adjusting treatment to best address my injury, and his staff really worked with me on scheduling. Overall it was a great experience and my shoulder has never felt better!

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
