They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Christopher R Lau, DC went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I was totally impressed. Christopher R Lau, DC went over my X-Rays with me in detail. Christopher R Lau, DC explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Christopher R Lau, DC was fantastic!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
