Dr. Heffer is very kind. I had very bad back pain and a real problem with my hips and he absolutely took time with me and I felt wonderful when I left. He uses the Activator which is a little punch-like device. You feel barely anything. He does muscle testing and it is fascinating. No twisting, turning or practically making you fall off a table with this doctor. Wonderful experience. I would recommend him highly!!!
