They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
