When I first started to have lower back pains, it brought me to Kaizen. After being treated several times with chiropractic and physical therapy treatment, I had seen an improvement in my health. I have been feeling a lot looser when I leave after being adjusted and stretched. The staff here is great!

"Pain in my low back, numbness and bladder discomfort I felt brought me to Kaizen Centre for Health and Wellness. Before I came here I was continuing with my regular exercise and taking muscle relaxants. Now that I have been getting adjusted and stretched I feel no numbness or pain in my low back and my bladder has improved drastically. My health has improved since the first day I started coming to Kaizen Centre for Health and Wellness and I feel relief from bladder pressure and more limber. The entire staff is helpful, encouraging and pleasant."
