I had terrible pain in my lower back and it had gotten to the point i needed a cane and could barely pick up my kids, I was 32 at the time and in other forms great shape. Chris, using agility tests and xrays found my spine was not curved properly due to poor posture and a couple accidents. Within 2 months of his care i was confident I'd be better, within 6 months I was 95% better, that was summer 2013, now I go see Chris once a month and am 100% better...
