After three decades of private practice, I offer experienced, empathetic, effective therapy to individuals and couples who feel stuck. Most people find me to help them change habits of thinking, feeling and acting that keep them standing in the way of t heir own happiness. They feel stressed, frustrated, sad, angry, even suffering a lot from depression and anxiety. While able to carry on their normal adult roles, they don't feel positive about themselves.
