They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They do their job well, because they know how to make clients feel at home. I liked how friendly they were. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
