Very good therapist.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Karen was the first therapist (in a LOOONG line of them) to help me actually work towards a healthier me. She belives in cognative therapy and gives you exercises, goals and milestones rather than an endless stream of gripe sessions with no improvement. I lost my son in October on a saturday... i called her that day and left a message that I would need to get in to see her... she called me back that day, right away and spent time with me on the phone to help stablize me. She even came in on the Saturday, the day after his funeral to meet with me in person.
