They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit but I would not expect this of her. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is nice but when I have had to wait, this did not bother me. This therapist maintains a professional appearance and looks their best at all times, dresses in a "fun", individualistic way. Again, this is of little consequence to me. I care mostly about compassion, experience, understanding, ability, and directives. This person cares about her clients.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
