So here is why i left a 3 stars. It was more like someone was just listening to me and giving me advice i had already given myself. I would say what i had done to better myself and express that it wasn't helping and i really just got back a "well keep doing what youre doing"...i was there because what i was doing, wasn't working...it was just kinda weird, i mean dont get me wrong it was nice to talk to someone, but i could have talked to a friend who would have given me the same/potentially more advice for free.
