fell asleep 3 times during a clinical interview with a client that I referred for testing, kept reschuduling appts., never returned phone calls, which were made 4 to 5 times, psychological test was given in a room with many distractions and people were walking in and out and talking, and the test results and report were supposed to be completed and sent out to referring doctor within two weeks. It has been 6 weeks with the results and report still not sent out!This review is completed on behalf of my client.
