I have been on a path of personal and spiritual growth since the early 1970s. For the past 25 years, I have brought that experience to my work as a mental health and addictions recovery counselor. I love assisting people in the discovery of their true nature and their own personal growth path.

Services My approach to counseling is eclectic, borrowing from many teachings and systems, both traditional and contemporary. It is a client-centered, integrative approach to mental health which includes the exploration of body, mind and spirit. Each person is met where they are and supported to investigate and clarify their concerns in the safety of the therapeutic relationship.

Coaching is more goal directed and action focused.

Couples work focuses on learning to listen and to improve communication and understanding, thereby increasing connection and safety so that love prevails as the guiding force.
