Clearly intelligent, however ineffective - possibly deliberately. Milked the sessions and had no concerns about opening the door when "time was up" (hence the 5 rating on timeliness) even if it was a critical conversation. Basically will give "the bum's rush" out the door. Very cold and clinical demeanor. No real action plan for treatment. Extremely expensive and inflexible.
