DO NOT USE, She is a private therapist and works part time out of AAC Adoption in Berthoud, CO. She abandoned my husband and I and took our money we never received an adoption home study. We were approved and she finished our home study. We have tried calling her, emailing her and sending her certified mail which she returns. Still no answer. We paid her for her time and she is refusing to return our money and give us our home study so that we could complete our adoption. We are out over a thousand dollars. this happened in Jan. 2015 and she still has refused to return our money.

We met with Maggie Tibbetts for our state mandated international home study and we were finished with our home study so we could adopt but she got very upset and I had to talk her down because I asked about her faith and if she ever adopted. She has not return our calls or emails and she is unwilling to hand over our home study so we can adopt our child from China.
