Rod Louden, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Wow, lots of therapists to pick from! How do you figure out who actually has a chance to guide you to where you want to be? While most therapists limit their interaction with clients solely to the therapeutic hour, Rod applies the Narrative Therapy ideal of post session letter writing. Over the years, Rod has written thousands of post session letters to clients. These letters help to keep both the client and Rod focused on the work at hand and create bridges of thought between sessions. I have extensive experience working with couples, individuals (adults and teens), and families is the areas of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adult survivors of childhood abuse, low self-esteem, and compulsive thinking. I am a solution focused clinician and work with clients to create positive changes as quickly as possible.
