Calista is kind, smart, wise and very good at making me feel comfortable. Her experience is so obvious. She asks smart questions, supports me but lets me know when I need to shift thoughts or behaviors. I love that she's little older than me because I know that wisdom only comes with experience. She doesn't let me waste time in sessions; if I start to tell her something I've already told her, she reminds me that she already knows so we can move on to what is relevant. I am in the worst crisis of my life and she truly helps me keep me head on straight. Last week, a two word text from her answered my question about what to do in a particular moment. She's great. By the way, I don't believe she works in Woodland anymore, she's in Auburn CA
