I do not recommend Roberta Lester. She did not help me with my situation at all. I felt like all she was concerned about was getting through the sessions as fast as possible. She watches the clock the entire time and your 1 hour session is only about 45 minutes. She never challenged me, only seemed to tell me things I wanted to hear, as if she was affraid to challenge me and make me better. The office setting is very drab and unwelcoming. I stopped after about 4 sessions.
